Tabassum Saleem appointed IHRC’s Envoy at Large in France!

PARIS: The Secretary-General and Co-founder of International Human Rights Commission (IHRC) Sir Rafal Marcin Wasik has appointed and designated Madame Elegant Tabassum Saleem the Ambassador at Large in France.

In his official statement, Sir Rafal Marcin Wasik proclaimed: “In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by the constitution of the International Human Rights Commission and issued in accordance with the authorization of the Supervisory Board, I, Secretary General and Co-founder of the International Human Rights Commission Sir. Rafal Marcin Wasik is pleased to appoint and designate Ms Tabassum Saleem the Ambassador at Large IHRC in France.”
