SCP extends deadline for AC cases against Nawaz Sharif

ISLAMABAD: Supreme Court has extended the deadline for accountability court to conclude proceedings in Al-Azizia Steel Mills and Flagship investment references against former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and his family members till 17th of next month.

According to details a three-member bench of the apex court headed by Chief Justice Mian Saqib Nisar heard the extension plea of Accountability Court judge Muhammad Arshad Malik.

Accountability court here has adjourned the hearing of Al-Azizia Steel Mills and Flagship investment references till Monday. Former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif appeared in the court today.
