Russian Presidential Election: 65-year-old Putin set to win 4th term beating 7 pygmies!

MOSCOW: Looking at the presidential election results it is quite plain that Putin will win his fourth term. Though there were seven others running or the top slot, interestingly, here it is said that no matter who you vote it will go to Putin! Generally people are reckoning the practice as a formality and not an exercise in democracy.

It is pertinent to mention here that since 1999 Putin has remained at the helm of affairs either as the PM or the President of Russia.
