The tête-à-tête between Chief Minister of KP Pervez Khattak and Maulana Sami-ul Haq of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (JUI) –S yesterday (Monday 13th of November) too insinuates towards the said return.

Pointing towards various meetings held at Darul Uloom Haqqania here, Maulana said that revival of MMA was on the cards.
It is pertinent to mention here that a former ISI Major too met Maulana earlier to discuss a umber of matters including electoral alliance of religious parties.
* Coalition of Islamist parties MMA was formed back in 2001 as an electoral alliance comprising of JI, JUP, JUI-F, JUI-S, (presently banned) TJP (that is now called PIT). MMA won 52 (out of 99) seats in PA and 45 NA seats.
Blasphemy-murder of Mashal Khan: One to hang, 5 to remain behind bars for quarter century!
HARIPUR: Announcing its verdict in the lynching of 23-year-old Mass Comm. student of Mardan’s Abdul Wali Khan University, an ATC has sentenced the shooter Imran Ali to death and 5 others to 25 years of incarceration.
While 25 others will have to spend four years behind bars, Court has acquitted 26 for lack of evidence.

Police held that Mashal had not committed blasphemy and maintained that the murder was premeditated as he had been criticizing the University administration for quite some time.
