Rebuilding of boundary wall around Christian Cemetery starts!

KARACHI: Sindh Minority Affairs Department, Government of Sindh has started the rebuilding of boundary wall around century-old Christian Cemetery.
The rebuilding work is being executed on the directives of Sindh caretaker Minister for Minority Affairs and Human Rights Simon John Daniel, said a statement on Thursday.
The cemetery remained without boundary wall for more than two months which led to disrespect of graves and security issues, the
statement said.
On the complaints, Minister Simon John Daniel took action and directed the minority affairs department to rebuild wall on an urgent basis.
The Minister along with Bishop of Karachi and Balochistan Sadiq Daniel and Deputy Director Minority Affairs Anwar Babar visited the Christian cemetery and inspected the progress of rebuilding work of
wall.
