ISLAMABAD: Asking Rao Anwar – cop accused of extra-judicial killings – to appear before the it on 16th of February, the SC has today granted him protective bail.
While hearing Naqeebullah Mehsud extra-judicial killing case, SC reacted to Rao Anwar’s letter to the CJP in which he claimed that he was not present at the scene of crime when Naqeebullah was killed and that he had been trapped falsely. The accused killer-cop also refuted all the charges apropos extra-judicial killings.
SC has also instructed the Punjab and Sindh police not to arrest him and facilitate his appearance before the bench.
Meanwhile, the so-called LEAs proved to be impotent despite guzzling billions of tax-payers’ money. The Police, IB, ISI etc etc i) failed to report if the accused killer-cop was busy killing people for decades; ii) failed to find the accused though he had tried to fled the country.
