Post Sehwan Scenario: Over 200 nabbed following Intelligence-based hunt in Punjab

M. M. ALAM

LAHORE: In the Post-Sehwan-Scenario Law enforcement agencies continued their all-Punjab  intelligence-based manhunt on the 5th day in Gulberg, Badami Bagh, Gulshan-e-Ravi, Old Anarkali, Ghalib Market, Nishtar Colony, Sandal, Township, Raiwind and Civil Lines.

In the last 24 hours over 200 terrorism suspects were nabbed and incarcerated in some undisclosed place.

Sources privy to NewsPakistan.TV have reported that most of those arrested are Afghan nationals.

Despite hundreds of arrests, reportedly, a very small number of weapons have been recovered. It is probably because many were taken into custody only because they failed to prove their IDs bio-metrically.
