Magnesium deficiency; a serious health dilemma

MEHWISH

CALIFORNIA:  A study published in research journal “Nutrition Reviews” reveals that the deficiency of magnesium in human body triggers sharp increase in type-2 diabetes.

According to clinical and experimental evidence the quantity of magnesium in urban and rural diets does not fulfill the requirement of magnesium in an individual’s body. It is one of the most under-recognized deficiencies but may be life-threatening if avoided.

Lacking of magnesium in the body may give birth to illnesses like muscle weakness, cramps, structural damage of muscle fiber, strength and power limitation. Severe insufficiency may cause low blood calcium and potassium level, loss of appetite, nausea, irregular heartbeat, even cardiac arrest and sudden death.
