IED blast claims six lives in N. Waziristan

MIR ALI (N. WAZISRISTAN): An IED set-off near an army vehicle here claimed six lives and injured eight others.

According to details the IED was fitted to a motorcycle that was detonated near a military vehicle carrying three civilian candidates seeking recruitment in the army.

The six killed due to the blast included the three candidates and three bystanders.

Injured are being treated at District Headquarters Hospital Bannu.
