Heatwave to hit Karachi in the next 24-48 hours!

KARACHI: Brief respite from the recent heatwave is about to end as temperature in the coastline areas of the country is expected to rise up to 41°C in the next 24-48 hours.

Augmenting deep depression has been observed over the Bay of Bengal, which is likely to transform into tropical storm later.

According to Pakistan Meteorological Department sans sea breeze temperature will increase from October 18 to 22 at the coastline of Pakistan.

Citizens are asked not to expose themselves to direct sunlight and abstain from going out unnecessarily.
