Cricket: Kiwis crush Pakistan by four runs

ABU DHABI: New Zealand has taken a 1-0 lead in the 3-match series beating Green Shirts by four runs here at Sheikh Zaid Cricket Stadium today.

Pakistan, chasing the target of 176, was bowled out for 171. Azhar Ali and Asad Shafiq scored 65 and 45 respectively.

While devastating bowling by Ajaz Patel cost Pakistan five wickets for 59, fast bowler Neil Wagner took 2-27.
