Body parts of Sehwan blast victims dumped like trash

SEHWAN SHARIF: In order to clean the shrine of Lal Shahbaz Qalandar after Thursday’s blast, authorities sent body parts of the victims to the garbage dump.

In a video uploaded on social media, the parts were seen in the garbage dump covered up in clothes and plastic bags near a residential area on outskirts of Sehwan.

The awful negligence and apathy triggered grief and anger among locals who took to streets to protest against the government.

It also drew condemnation from all segments of the society.
