Baby born in Mexico with two heads dies!

AIMAN INAM

CHIHUAHUA: The baby who was born with two heads in the Mexican state of Chihuahua, the city of Ciudad Juarez, has been reported dead.

Earlier the relatives of the newborn have uploaded a video of the howling kid online.

Dr. Lorenzo Soberanes from the Ciudad Juarez’s Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social, where the baby was born, seems uncertain apropos the cause of the abnormality.

Elaborating on the matter, Lorenzo held that the situation was a hereditary concern that might occur owing to some sort of therapeutic cures that was provided to the mum throughout the foremost trimester.

It has further been reported that the gender of the baby was male. It is yet to be known whether the parents were aware of the defect before the birth or not.

Soberanes and his team, who were flabbergasted by the birth,  maintained that there was no mentioning about such a thing in medical books.

As a matter of fact, this case is believed to be the first of its kind. Therefore, research needs to be conducted to comprehend the mater in a better way.

The University of Maryland Medical Center has asserted that only one conjoined twin (with skin and internal organs merged together) is born in every 200,000 births.
