Accident involving US Embassy vehicle: Case registered against motorcyclist for reckless driving!

ISLAMABAD: Accident involving US Embassy vehicle, Police here has registered today a case against motorcyclist Nazakat Islam for reckless driving.

According to details last night US Embassy’s vehicle driven by Second Secretary Chad Rex Auburn had hit Nazakat Islam’s motorcycle injuring him and his pillion rider near Secretariat.

The diplomat was taken into custody and vehicle too was taken to Secretariat PS.  Later it transpired that the accident occurred due to the negligence and recklessness of the motorcyclist Nazakat who has been booked u/s 279 (riding on a public way/reckless driving).
