They here have ascertained that consumption of bananas and potatoes on a daily basis can do wonders.
It has been pointed out in the research that these foods are stuffed in resistant starch that holds up gut health and augments satiety.
The pundits have assessed the potential health advantages of resistant starch, a sort of starch that is not digested in the small intestine and is believed to be a kind of dietary fibre.

Take equal amount of suger and coconut oil and mix it well. Add half the amount of aloe vera into it. Scrub the affected area by means of using the mixture gently and wash off the face. It would also help in removing dead skin.
It is pertinent to mention here that very rarely people might develop skin allergy to aloe vera. Some of the common symptoms of allergic reaction include redness, rashes and swelling. Therefore, test it on the skin of your hands before applying it on your face.
Smoking takes over 160,000 lives in Pakistan each year: Report
KARACHI: Smoking is getting widespread particularly among kids and teens as they are more vulnerable. In such, a latest report has demonstrated that 160,189 people bite the dust by tobacco-caused diseases here in Pakistan per annum.
As per the estimates, approx. 125,000 children in between the ages of 10 to 14 years and 1, 473, 7000 grown-ups 15 years and onwards are exposed to tobacco on a daily basis.
As a matter of fact, over 86,300 boys and 2,943,500 women tend to take up cigarettes each day, which has become a public threat here.
Statistics revealed that some 16.99% men and 6.92% women lost the battle of life due to this deadly practice.
It is to be noted that apart from harming health, it also contaminates our milieu as around 21,432 tons of toxic butts and packs make their way to trash here every year.
Pakistan spends some Rs. 143, 208 million on smoking. According to the study, some 69.43 billion cigarettes produced in Pakistan in 2016 whereas, its import surpassed cigarette exports at the same time.
Pakistan has somehow managed to regulate tobacco consumption, nevertheless, it keeps on taking the lives of innumerable individuals.
Experts are of the view that Pakistan should make more efforts as to get over this dilemma and save the lives of the inhabitants as it spoils the health and the merchandise while making this country fragile.
P.S. It is pertinent to mention here that practice of smoking is prevalent in known educational institutions here, where students irrespective of their backgrounds tend to smoke acquiescently.
Preggos should exercise to reduce the time in labor: study
MADRID: It is a general belief that women should take rest and avoid their usual work as soon as they fall pregnant so as to bear a healthy baby.
However, for quite sometime, it has been observed that preggos are taking too long in labor. Also, they often go through surgeries.
In such, a latest research has suggested that expected ladies should indulge in some physical activities so as to shorten the time spending in labor.
According to the details, exercise during pregnancy is one of the best conducts to have a healthy baby whereas, it also diminishes the time spending in labor.
So as to prove this, academics from the Technical University of Madrid have run through the records of around 508 healthy preggos.
They have been distributed into two groups; 253 women as control group and 255 women as exercise group.
Control group was asked to do a moderate aerobic exercise throughout their pregnancies.
They then observed different aspects when women gave birth, incorporating the period of each phase of labor, the process of delivery, maternal weight gain, use of an epidural and the weight of the newborns.
Their findings demonstrated that those preggos, who took up aerobic workouts throughout their pregnancies, have been reported with spending less time in labor as compared to those who were not active at all.
Moreover, those were less likely to use an epidural during childbirth. Besides, all of them had healthy, normal little ones.
It is pertinent to mention here that exercising in pregnancy does not only facilitate in labor but it would also help mums to reduce weight afterwards. However, expert’s advice is mandatory.
