Ten suspects arrested over Orangi town attack in Karachi




KARACHI: Following the murder of seven policemen in Karachi, law-enforcing agencies carried out targeted actions in different areas of the metropolis and rounded up ten suspects.

According to a police official, police raided different areas including Defence and Shireen Jinnah Colony, arresting ten suspects including a woman in connection with the attack.

Earlier yesterday, eight gunmen shot dead seven policemen guarding a polio vaccination team in two separate attacks in Karachi’s Orangi Town.

Police have registered four FIRs at Garden Police Station, comprising sections of Antiterrorism Act.
