A novel start for the man used to be known as the Tree Man!

AIMAN INAM

DHAKA:  Abul Bajandar 27, whose hands and feet were enveloped in huge warts, is finally free from those bizarre growths, reported sources.

According to the details, he looked like a tree bark before going through (some) 16 surgical procedures (so far).

The Bangladeshi man, has finally got (to a great extent) his normal hands and feet back and has been declared ‘out of the wood’.

The plastic surgery coordinator from the Dhaka Medical College Hospital informed that Bajandar still requires some minute surgeries so as to obtain the accurate structure of his hands.

He has been allowed to get back to his home for the first time after a whole year as well.

It has further been reported that he is believed to be the first person ever to heal from this weird syndrome known as Epidermodysplasia Verruciformis

It is considered an exceptional disorder and enormously rare genetic condition engaging prevalent contagion by Human Papillomavirus.

Bajandar has been combating this for over a decade. Explaining about the disease, he asserted that the ache of it was agonizing and excruciating.

His village eschewed him, his parents resisted his marriage and he had to give up his profession of an auto driver.

And he could not embrace his 3-year-old daughter. A source quoted him as saying: “I feel so much better. I can hold my daughter in my lap and play with her. I hope the curse won’t return again.”

Abul Vajondar was identified with epidermodysplasia
