Sleep Early: Experts suggest that ladies should go to bed early because staying up late in the night holds back melatonin levels owing to greater exposure towards light. As a result, increases the risk of mounting breast cancer. Therefore, women should sleep early and take seven hours siesta no matter what.

Self-analyzation: When you cross 30, you should self- examine your breast on a regular basis. Any transformation in the shape, size or skin texture together with lumps, discharges and rashes could be a warning sign. Nevertheless, not each lump is cancerous. It might be a cyst or fluid-filled sac triggered because of hormonal changes. Nevertheless, seek the doctor’s advice at once because safety is better than cure!
